Multi-millionaire returns from six-month holiday, demands more money

NOVAK Djokovic, a man who made over $2million in prize money playing tennis last year, despite missing half of the 2017 season due to injury and winning nothing of note, has understandably called for more prize money.

Taking a break from his no doubt difficult lifestyle in tax haven Monte Carlo, noble Novak told his peers at the Australian Open's annual player meeting:

"We need to come together and fight this tyranny as one. I deserve, I mean we deserve, to be fully rewarded for my, our, hard work.

"Should a player settle for less, when his 9 million dollar apartment in Miami only has 3.5 bathrooms? When in the best year of his career he only makes a meagre $21.6million? How do I look my children in the eye when I can only afford to buy them one luxury yacht each?"

But this isn't about me. This is about all of the players. I hope you will all join me in this fight."

Shockingly, no other player has yet supported Novak's cause.
