"I'd have chinned Prince William as well", Carl Froch insists

RETIRED boxer Carl Froch has once again left the comfort of his couch to add a name to the list of people he would have "chinned"; this time, it's Prince William.

The former world champion met Prince William back in 2015 when the Duke of Cambridge presented him with his MBE medal for his services to the United Kingdom.

Little did the Prince know the Nottingham fighter was sizing him up for a showdown in front of 80,000 fans at Wembley Stadium, as he seemingly does with everyone he meets.

"I wasn't that impressed with him to be honest", said Froch.

"If we'd met in a super-middleweight title fight at Wembley in front of 80,000 fans, I'd have been far too much for him. Honestly, I'd have chinned him in the 5th round. Harry as well."
